Stroll is an innovative company that specializes in creating immersive walking tour experiences. They leverage technology to offer self-guided tours that are engaging, informative, and personalized for users around the globe.
As a new player in the field, Stroll was looking to establish its place in the market. The primary challenge was to design an intuitive user interface that would allow users to easily select and customize their walking tours. In addition, they needed a compelling marketing strategy that would effectively communicate the uniqueness of their immersive, self-guided tours to the target audience and differentiate them from traditional tour providers.
After that, I created the UI of the app for Android and iOS, exporting about a hundred screens in total. Finally, I designed the website. In this case I created different creativity to represent the tours of the city, trying to make them iconic.
Post-implementation, Stroll saw a significant increase in user engagement and tour bookings. The user-friendly interface led to a decrease in user drop-off rates, and the personalized tour experience increased user satisfaction levels. The marketing campaign successfully created brand awareness, resulting in a 40% increase in new users.
